Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for the Sheet Event Sync application.

What we access

When a user signs in with Google, Sheet Event Sync requests read-only access to Google Sheets (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly) and basic profile identification (openid) so the service can tell each user's sync jobs apart from other users'. Sheet Event Sync never requests write access to Google Sheets and cannot access any Google data beyond Sheets.

What we store

To keep a user's CMS in sync automatically, we store, encrypted at rest:

• A Google refresh token, used only to read the spreadsheet the user selected
• The Framer API key the user provides, used only to write to the CMS collection they selected
• The spreadsheet ID, worksheet name, and column mapping the user configured

We do not store the contents of a user's spreadsheet or CMS beyond what is needed to detect changes between sync runs.

How it's used

Stored credentials are used solely to run the sync the user configured — reading their sheet, comparing it to their CMS collection, and updating and publishing that collection through the Framer API — on a recurring schedule (default every 5 minutes) and when the user clicks "Sync now" in the plugin.

Sharing

We do not sell, share, or use user data for advertising. Data is not shared with any third party.

Retention & deletion

Stored credentials and configuration are deleted immediately when a user clicks "Disconnect" in the plugin, or when they revoke the app's access from their Google Account permissions page.
